UPS Shipping Services Offered:

All items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order. In stock purchases made before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out on the same day (except weekends and holidays). Orders made at or after 5 PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the next day (except weekends and holidays). Deliveries typically arrive about 7-10 business days from the date ordered. UPS business days in most areas are Monday through Friday. Holidays may also affect delivery time.

Online Orders:
When ordering online, your shipping rates will be calculated automatically according to your location, preferences, and size and weight of the item. You can select from three UPS shipping services for your order(standard ground, second day air, or next day air).

Shipping Prices:
For online purchases, we charge for the cost of shipping only. We do not charge for handling and packaging. The cost of shipping is determined by the weight, dimensions, and other freight charges established by the carrier. Our shipping rates are adjusted frequently to remain as close to the shipping companies' prices as possible.

Although we accept other methods of shipping, UPS ground services are our standard shipping method to keep your shipping price low.

For orders made by our mail order catalog, shipping charges are estimated to allow purchases by mail. These rates may vary from the actual rates of our carriers, but are necessary to apply a standard that everyone can use to order by mail.

For online purchases, we charge what the carrier charges to ship the item and do not charge for handling.

For mail order items, we use standard shipping rates which apply to everyone, which may vary from actual prices of our shipping carriers.

Mail Order Shipping:
Standard mail order shipping charges are predetermined based on the total cost of your order. Items that don't meet weight or size requirements for this pricing are exempted from these predetermined charges, and a unique delivery charge will be apply to them. Unique charges will be indicated in bold after the item's price.

Mail Order Rates:
Our mail order rates can be found on the order form in our catalog. To obtain a copy of our catalog, download our Mail Order Catalog.
The mail order catalog is in PDF format and the file is 1.56 MB in size.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be added on all orders purchased by Utah residents or shipped within the State of Utah.

Return Policy:

If your purchase is defective, or materially different than described on this site, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns must be in their original packaging with a copy of the packing slip. Please include an explanation of the problem with the product. Refunds for credit card purchases will be issued only to the credit card originally used in the transaction. If payment was made by cashiers check or money order, a check for the refund amount will be sent to the customer. Delivery charges are not refunded. If these conditions are not followed a 10% restocking fee may be applied to the return or the return may be denied.

We try to be accurate with our product descriptions, but if you find that a product you have purchased is not as it was described on our site, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase.
